Deliverys & Returns
We always aim to please and if there are any problems, we always want to know. But we know that everyone can change their mind, so, below is some information about our deliveries and returns policy.
Delivery
All of our prices include second class delivery. However, if your purchase is a high value item, or combined values of £45 or more, your item will be sent via recorded signed for service to ensure that you receive your items.
Returns
When you receive your item, and not entirely happy, or you have changed your mind, please contact us to arrange return and refund of the item in question. In the interests of hygiene, we are unable to exchange or refund earrings unless they have arrived to you damaged or faulty, or are still in their original packaging with their seal still in place
