Cancellation

You can cancel your order with us at any time prior to despatch of the goods by contacting us by e-mail.

It is important to note that we do try to send goods out as soon as possible which is often the same, or following day.

Exchanges and Refunds

When returning goods to Beads Bobs and Bows please remember to advise whether you require a product exchange or a refund of your purchase price. Where a refund is required, it will be made within 7 days of cancellation. Exchanges and refunds can only be made upon safe return of the product in question.

Goods Return

To return cancelled goods please ensure the contents are in an unused and re-saleable condition. You will need to retain all postage receipts, as the goods remain your responsibility until received by us. Upon receipt, your postage costs will be refunded if the goods are deemed to be defective. In the interests of hygiene, we will only be able to accept returns on earrings in their original untampered packaging unless they are damaged.
